you need to drop the code into your post - an admin will do the rest

something like           <iframe> ........ blah

With the google map pulled up look over to the right toward the top and find "Link". Click on that and then copy what is located in the box under "Paste HTML to embed in website"
Will look like this:

You can also click on the link under that box and customize it. That will bring up a different window and have the code at the bottom.
