Nope...it's too good to be true!  I report 4-6 scams a day on Birmingham craigslist (I only pay attention to sportbikes, so I didn't see this one).  Guaranteed the guy will respond to any email with a 'I'm in the UK and the bike's in storage and UPS will handle it" email. 

I just sent an inquiry.  I always delete the link back to the ad (which contains a reference to Birmingham) and ask where the bike is located.  I usually don't get responses from those.   old

ive spotted a couple ol skool harleys here recently slede...thinking bout buying me one!havent decided yet! wife wants me to buy a second bike!aint that something?i think she is wanting to take over the intruder which aint gonna happen!lol   lol
