Great idea jduck,

We have printed cards, spaz and I hand them out, but there are several factors that prevent us from printing them for everyone:

-expense ( 300 cards is about $40+ shipping)
-not everyone has Internet (this is the biggest factor in my mind, cant join without web-access)
-can't allow members to print their own for legal reasons

now if you guys want some generics printed with a short message, a place to write your name/username, we can have some printed up if you guys can help with printing, I can put a donate button up, and hand them out in a meeting/ride?

see if this is what you want (full size PDF at bottom), we can add a message if you let me know what the message is?

Maybe like "Everything you ever wanted to know about motorcycling in Alabama"

the problem with black background is the logo tires disappears, we can do it but what color do we change the tires to?

Black would probably mean more $$$   It would be cool though.

I don't think changing of the Logo would be appropriate.
If white's too bright, maybe gray it or something but not a color that causes monkeying with the logo.

we could use the slogan i have heard many of us say over and over on here... "The site that will put miles on your bike." But either way you go I think it would be a good idea to have some handout cards. Just like the other day when I met WalterT, I told him and his wife aboutthe site along with several other bikers that were present, but some folks may not remember a website address from a short discussion. This would give them something to take home and reference later.

you guys decide on the slogan/tagline, I like all of them, I lean towards the "miles" tagline - cuz that is original and ours,

anybody putting up cash gets a vote  Cool

If we have enough interest, we can have multiple designs.

here is one:
