I have been informed that I must make my presence known

I'm Valerie, originally from Cullman, but currently living in Birmingham for grad school.

I *finally* got around to getting my motorcycle endorsement added to my license, and I will hopefully be buying one shortly!

It's been a long time coming. Exhibit A

Our dad still has this bike...by the way.

AND, unfortunately, brother Brian sold the '69 Mach I Mustang that's in the background.

Add another Montgomery welcome.  Hopefully you are now able to reach the handlebars and pegs easier than you could on your previous bike :)
That's the goal at least

Welcome form N. Alabama area. Glad you're here.

Tell us the story behind the pic, who's bike and did that give you the riding bug.

Tell us about your riding experience and what steps did you take to learn to ride.

Holler if you have any questions and once you have a bike, jump in the rides you find interesting.

Thank you! It's my dad's, which he still has, but it mostly functions as an anchor for spider webs, haha. Add in Brothers Allen and Brian, I grew up around them.

Should I let Valerie tell y'all she bought her a bike?  Or should I go ahead and let the cat outta the bag?

Our 75 year old dad riding it home for her.  She had to head back to B'ham, he bought it back to Cullman.

Dad hadn't ridden in 20-25 years.
