Lobster Run
« on: July 31, 2017, 12:07:55 PM »
Somebody wanted fresh Lobster from the North Atlantic, so we rode there to find it.

Springville AL would be the start point at 8 am on Saturday July 22.
4 riders with a mission ahead of them.
St. Andrews, New Brunswick, Canada would be the eating spot.

Load up and ride, Boys!

1st stop Rising Fawn

Down for the night in Virginia 650 or so miles

South Portland ME next night 650 or so again.

GPS brainfart in Newark and NYC

George Washington bridge traffic sucked

Oh Canada

St. Andrews Bay of Fundy

26 foot average tidal change

Lobster Yeh

And pie of course

A neat little country store in St Johnsbury VT, who happens to have friends in Greenville AL

Cool river in VT

Someone's chain started hanging low!

Tallest waterfall east of the Rockies, Ulysses NY

Friday was rain day 500 miles of downpour

The home stretch on Saturday July 29

Grand total of around 3300 miles in 8 days.

Great time with great friends strolling across the US.

That's a whole bunch of awesome.  There is a lot to see up north.
